Isolated and disconnected after her husband’s death, Los Angeles gallery owner Sabrina Thompson escapes to a charming fishing village in south-west France, seeking refuge in the beautiful Château de Bonport.

Xavier de Bonport, the owner of the château, is still reeling from the failure of his business during the pandemic, which in turn dealt the final blow to his faltering marriage.

As the pair are inspired by each other and the history and charm of the village, Sabrina begins to heal and regain a sense of purpose by involving herself in the community – and Xavier begins to recognize what he needs in order to take a necessary step forward in both his professional and personal life.
